"Charlie has today completed our roof repair by fitting a bespoke Velux window. Unfortunately, due to the recent wet weather, it's been several weeks since Charlie first attempted to fit it, but that certainly hasn't been Charlie's fault. I was unfortunately at work when Charlie arrived today, so my wife, who's nine months pregnant, was home to oversee and make the tea. Charlie could not have been more well mannered.
